in San Francisco
|
How:
An international conference that only happens once every four years in a different city around the world can be a real organizational challenge, particularly when the global economy is sputtering and the final count of attendees can’t be confirmed until a month before.
Based on the International Conference on Emergency Medicine’s goals, and the wild card of not knowing how many people will attend, we selected unique event formats and strategically contracted venues we knew could be scaled to accommodate anywhere from 1,000 to 2,500 participants. |
From the gala opening at City Hall and the second night’s interactive adventure at the Exploratorium to the closing ceremonies at a chic downtown industrial space, we were able to provide the diverse international audience with an original 3-D, three day and multifaceted San Francisco experience while supporting the networking and educational programs of the Conference. |
